Space Dust

This is based on conputerex's orbscn sdk.  The current release on OH is controlled by someone else so I compiled my own.  The purpose of this is to show that you are moving in space.  In it's original design it used Phobos as the mesh for the obj.  Then I thought I should make a new mesh and change a few things.  But mainly I changed the name of the debris.  So thanks to Jon and his 6 foot ugly people (inside joke) I made a mesh about the size of the knee.  This after much trouble turned out to be the right size visually.  I have it configured so when no thrust is applied they just hang there motionless (yes you are still moving, they just move with you) and they speed up as thrust is applied.  PLEASE NOTE* They cannot keep up with FTL or similar drives.  I would love that but they aren't fast enough.  So it is only visible with basic thrust :(
